Mr. Sukhbir Singh hails from the Bhiwani district of Haryana, having been born on December 20, 1989. His early schooling took place in his hometown, laying the foundation for his academic journey. He went on to achieve both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Government College in Bhiwani. In 2015, he earned a diploma in Post Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology (PGDRP) and has since dedicated himself to the realm of special education, contributing significantly to the field.
